John is a Licenced Land Agent, has been active in the Landman profession since 2000 and has worked as a service consultant for a majority of those years. Throughout his career he has held various positions in the land service industry including Field Land Consultant, Surface Land Coordinator, and Manager of Surface Land, John has also been employed by midsized oil and gas companies operating across the western provinces. A graduate of the University of Calgary with a BA in Political Science, he also is a graduate of Olds College with Honours in the Land Acquisition and Management Program. John is an active member of the Canadian Association of Land and Energy Professionals (CALEP), Alberta Association of Surface Land Agents (AASLA) and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). During his career, John has appeared before the Alberta Surface Rights Board, Energy Conservation Board, BC Surface Rights Board, and has considerable First Nations consultation experience. John holds the designation as an 'expert witness' in pattern of dealings compensation by the Alberta Court of Queens Bench. He is one of two actively employed Landmen in Alberta to hold this designation.

Ryan is a Licensed Land Agent, and has been employed in the land service industry for the majority of his career. Ryan has performed all roles including Land Administrator, Field Land Consultant, Land Coordinator and Director of Land Services. His experience includes managing both Mineral and Surface departments and providing strategic leadership and direction to the overall operations of a land service company. Ryan has also worked consulting as Team Lead of Acquisitions for an international oil and gas company on a liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipeline spanning from north east British Columbia to the west coast of Canada. Ryan is a graduate of the Mount Royal University Business Management program. He is an active member of the Canadian Association of Land and Energy Professionals (CALEP), Alberta Association of Surface Land Agents (AASLA) and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).

Rob is a Licensed Land Agent and with over 28 years of land experience in the oil and gas industry. Rob and his past business partner owned and operated a successful land services company which consulted and negotiated on the behalf of their clients in both mineral and surface land acquisitions. During his 15 years as Owner and President, and his previous 13 years employed in the land services industry, Rob developed numerous contacts enabling him to build a large network with landowners, government agencies and oil and gas companies. Rob obtained vast experience in the land industry acting as a liaison between the oil and gas companies and private landowners for the installation and operation of oil and gas facilities. Rob also has extensive experience in dealing the Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments on Federal Military Lands, Aboriginal First Nation Lands, Provincial grazing areas, forestry lands, protected areas and the required municipal permit approvals. Rob is a past president and a current member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). Rob is a graduate of the Mount Royal College Petroleum Mineral Land Management program.
